Shipping Locations
  • QNQ can ship to most addresses in the United States and Europe. Note that there are some restrictions that may apply. Please check out our shipping restrictions below.

  • All orders from the United States and Europe qualify for free shipping.
  • We will deliver your order to you as soon as possible while keeping it safe. The shipping time is 2-5 working days. We provide local UPS, FedEx, or DHL delivery companies.



  • Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For the exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.

Return & Refund Policy

QNQ Promise

Simple & efficient: QNQ ride will always provide a straightforward warranty process.

Once your return is received, a credit for the full purchase price (plus tax) excluding outbound shipping cost will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) you are returning. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to QNQride unless the return is a result of our error.

You may return any new, unused items ordered from QNQride in the last 30 calendar days. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of return for processing.

  1. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  2. Please include the original packing slip and a note explaining the reason for your return.
  3. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original receipt.
